As a podcast coach, she's helped loads of people (including me) do it and so knows a load about what holds people back.
And what holds us back is - *generally* - different depending on gender. Surprise, surprise women are more held back - *generally* - by mindset and by playing small.
Lynsay's passionate about overcoming this, not least because she has 2 daughters, so she's got loads of nuggets of wisdom as well as a very rousing speech about it at the end!
